How are outages or supply restrictions handled?
We recommend registering in your distributor’s online portal, where you can obtain up-to-date information on planned shutdowns, failures, and extraordinary events.
Distributor portals:
- Electricity:
- EG.D.: https://www.egd.cz/
- ČEZ Distribuce: https://www.cezdistribuce.cz/en
- PRE Distribuce: https://www.predistribuce.cz/cs/
- Natural Gas:
- Gasnet: https://www.gasnet.cz/en
- Pražská plynárenská distribuce: https://www.ppdistribuce.cz/
- Gas Distribution (formerly EG.D.): https://www.gasd.cz/o-spolecnosti
Where can I change my reserved capacity?
For changes or additional purchase of reserved capacity (for both natural gas and electricity), we recommend contacting your sales manager, who will arrange everything with you. You can also submit a request for change or additional purchase directly in the Customer Zone Bonett Portal.
When can I change the reserved capacity for electricity and natural gas?
Changes to reserved capacity can be made in accordance with applicable legislation and the distributor’s contractual terms. However, increases can only be made up to the maximum annual reserved capacity agreed in your contract.
Monthly reserved capacity can be purchased additionally, subject to the distributor’s conditions and requirements.
Where can I find HDO switching times (low and high tariff)?
You can find HDO switching times via the control code directly on the receiver or the meter, and also on the distributors’ websites:
- EG.D.: https://www.egd.cz/
- ČEZ Distribuce: https://www.cezdistribuce.cz/en
- PRE Distribuce: https://www.predistribuce.cz/cs/
Change of distribution rate or reserved input capacity
If you need to switch to a different distribution rate due to installation of a boiler or heat pump, you must submit a Connection Request form. The form is available on your distributor’s website (EG.D., ČEZ Distribuce, PRE Distribuce).
The signed request must be sent by email, including valid inspection/revision reports.

What is the difference between Guarantees of Origin (GoO) for electricity and for biomethane?
The principle of Guarantees of Origin for green electricity and biomethane is similar but differs in several aspects:
Electricity: Guarantees of Origin for zero-emission electricity are official certificates confirming that a certain portion of the supplied electricity was produced from zero-emission or renewable sources — such as wind, solar, hydro, biomass, or nuclear energy.
- Biomethane: These certificates confirm that the supplied biomethane originates from renewable sources. For biomethane, it is not necessary to purchase 100% of the gas volume — the key factor is determining the amount of CO₂ emissions the customer wants to offset.
The emission savings are then converted into the corresponding energy value of the gas, and the biomethane is blended with methane (natural gas) in the required ratio. This ensures the targeted emission reduction. The calculation depends not only on the volume of biomethane but also on its specific emission value, which is determined by the origin of the production source.
Can you provide Guarantees of Origin for biomethane?
Yes, we are ISCC-certified. We can offer emission reductions of up to 100%. The decisive factor is the emissions target to be achieved by the biomethane delivery. For more information, please contact us.
